CUSTOM TOURS AND ESCORTED TOURS: Custom tours and escorted tours include only hotel and hotel taxes, tours, excursions, meals, arrival and departure transfers and any other items as specifically set forth in the itinerary, and do not include any travel insurance, any airline arrangements or any gratuities to tour and excursion guides and drivers. Tours may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances.

AIR: Flight arrangements and fares are not included in any Paris by John Henry Ltd. (“PJH”) custom or escorted tour. Travelers make their own flight arrangements.  Airline, flight numbers and arrival and departure times must be provided to PJH 60 days prior to the start of the tour.

PRICES: Prices include the itinerary accommodations and services as well as planning, coordination and handling charges based upon the rate of exchange, taxes and charges at the time of booking. PJH reserves the right to increase prices to reflect increased costs and exchanges rates after booking. Prices will not be adjusted for any unused accomodations or services. PJH has no obligation to provide any cost breakdown for any tour

PAYMENT: A $500 deposit per person is required when the tour is booked. The balance for the tour is due 90 days prior to departure. Any cancellation must be in writing and each traveler will be charged a per person fee depending upon the number of days it is received by PJH prior to departure: more than 90 days ($500), 61 to 90 days (30% of the tour price), 31 to 60 days (50% of the tour price) and 30 days or less (100% of the tour price). Any payment to PJH constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: Special requests must be made at the time of booking and every effort will be made to accommodate them, although they cannot be guaranteed.

TRAVEL PROTECTION: PJH recommends that travelers obtain travel insurance to cover, among other things, trip cancellation and medical coverage. PJH can assist you in getting travel insurance through Allianz.

LIABILITY: All hotel, travel, restaurant, guide and other services in PJH tours are provided by independent contractors and PJH is not liable for any negligent or willful act of theirs. PJH is not responsible for any injury or loss resulting from force majeure and like circumstances.

ARBITRATION: Unless otherwise agreed by the traveler(s) and PJH, any disputes relating to a PJH tour or these terms and conditions shall be settled exclusively by binding arbitration in Cleveland, OH in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with all parties bearing their own costs.
